Steve is the owner and qualifying broker of Scoggin Blue, LLC. He has worked in hotel and motel asset value assessments and the direct marketing of hotel and motel properties since 1979. Before joining the firm, he earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University (1976) and managed several Texas-based hotels. He handles our Texas brokerage. Steve holds the CHB (Certified Hotel Broker) designation from Hotel Brokers International.
