When you fill out a form on this site (a seller or buyer inquiry, the buyer list, a valuation request, or a contact message), we receive what you enter: usually your name, phone, email, and details about the hotel you want to buy or sell.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to prepare the opinion of value you asked for, and to contact you about properties that fit what you told us. We don't sell your information.

Confidentiality

Information about your hotel is kept confidential. Please don't put financial statements in a web form; we'll ask you to send them by email after we talk.

Form processing

Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf.
